Big O Tires

I came in for a 2nd set of Michelin tires and a 5-year alignment plan on my 2011 BMW 335i sedan. I had gotten 47k miles on the first set I bought at Big O Tires. Manager Nathan Billington took excellent care of me, as always. I bought 60k mile Michelin tires and a new 5-year alignment plan. I was out of there in about an hour. Perfect.

Quick and friendly competent service (free of charge) to fix a flat tire, even on a Monday morning! The staff were friendly and helpful and speedy so it worked out well today.

Friendly, fast, and detailed. They noticed my TPMS light was on, and offered to fix it! The price for sensor was reasonable and I was happy to have it done. The alignment was the main reason for my visit and car feels great. Ready for the racetrack. Good times thanks!

Went to Big O for an oil change and they were fast, friendly and good.

Scheduling by phone was easy. Service was prompt & informative. I have been using the same Big O for years and the service has remained the same.

After getting a flat tire 300+ miles from home on a Saturday night it was wonderful to be able to get in and out within a half hour with a new tire on Sunday morning. My daughter who does live in Sacramento will be using your business for her car services as provided by you.

I always get good service here so I will keep coming back. My only complaint is that the lobby is too small and there's never anywhere to stand when you're waiting in line.
