Big O Tires

I came in for a 2nd set of Michelin tires and a 5-year alignment plan on my 2011 BMW 335i sedan. I had gotten 47k miles on the first set I bought at Big O Tires. Manager Nathan Billington took excellent care of me, as always. I bought 60k mile Michelin tires and a new 5-year alignment plan. I was out of there in about an hour. Perfect.

Staff is great to work with. Manager of the facility is very easy to work with in the event of a conflict and very understanding.

Nicole, the service advisor, did a great job in getting my tire replaced. She clearly explained how it couldn't be repaired and looked up my info and located a tire for me. My car was ready even earlier than anticipated. Nicole is fantastic!

A very slow leak in tire was investigated and taken care of successfully.

They did what they were supposed to do and the patch was free because I bought my tires there.

Had to come back a couple of times with my old truck on this issue. But you found and fixed the problem with no charge on the 3rd round. You folks have taken good care of my cars, fairly, for years.

Just nice service people

This is my 3rd time getting a wheel alignment here. Every time is so easy! I drop off around 8 or 9am it’s done by noon! One time my tie rod was jack up and control arms so they told me exactly which parts were bad and I replaced them myself! It was so nice to be told the truth and how to remedy my problem, it later alignmened perfect. Fast east service!

Went to Big O for an oil change and they were fast, friendly and good.

It was quick and easy. I just parked, told them the problem, then left for 20 minutes and my flat was fixed. I paid the fee and drove off.

After getting a flat tire 300+ miles from home on a Saturday night it was wonderful to be able to get in and out within a half hour with a new tire on Sunday morning. My daughter who does live in Sacramento will be using your business for her car services as provided by you.

They knew the product, all while training another person, they were multitasking like a pro.
