Big O Tires

Service on the floor was good. I worked with Leslie. Although I was told that I had quite a bit of work and may have a bit of a wait. I believe I was told that in case the car was not ready sooner than later. I had quite a bit of work to be done on my vehicle but was in and out in short order. I've been going to Big O for years and obviously trust the service because I continue to return. Pricing is beyond reasonable. If something goes wrong, the work is guaranteed and Big O has righted a wrong in the past--they corrected the error without quibbling. I trust Big O.

a tire picked up a nail. in at 8:02, out @ 8:18. like a nascar pit stop. I brought the wrong receipt but they found it in their system. no charge.

Nicole, the service advisor, did a great job in getting my tire replaced. She clearly explained how it couldn't be repaired and looked up my info and located a tire for me. My car was ready even earlier than anticipated. Nicole is fantastic!

I left my car the night before service which is a real asset for customers.

They did what they were supposed to do and the patch was free because I bought my tires there.

My wife had a nail in her tire. The tire needed to be replaced soon anyway. With a further car inspection, your employees found my motor mounts were missing the rubber bushings and that my belts were frayed. Thank you for your inspection. I left paying more than Iwas expecting (just thought 2 tires) buthad the peace of mind the car is safe. Thank you.

Always a good experience

This is my 3rd time getting a wheel alignment here. Every time is so easy! I drop off around 8 or 9am it’s done by noon! One time my tie rod was jack up and control arms so they told me exactly which parts were bad and I replaced them myself! It was so nice to be told the truth and how to remedy my problem, it later alignmened perfect. Fast east service!

I like them out of all the Sacramento Area Big O Tires. They are friendly, fast, easy parking, add tire shine.

It was quick and easy. I just parked, told them the problem, then left for 20 minutes and my flat was fixed. I paid the fee and drove off.
