Excellent service and excellent price

Emanuel provided excellent service and recommendations for our driving safety. Regarding your survey procedure - it needs work. 1. I had to look for the survey in in my spam folder. 2. I had to cut and paste the link to the survey - it took two tries to connect. I doubt most customers would know how to do this or to tolerate the difficulty.

Great deal...I recommend searching online and that's when the 100 bucks off coupon came up. Also, the tires were already 50 bucks cheaper than elsewhere. But, a bit of that is luck.

Vibration diagnosis determined the tires need replacement after balance check. New Michelin Pilot Sport 4S were delivered same day and had new tires mounted, balanced, installed and aligned within a few hours.

I had a damaged tire that was replaced while I waited. The wait time for diagnosing the problem and whether the tire could be repaired or not and replacing the defective tire was less than an hour.

Sale associate was patient to answer and help out to get the best deal.
