Was able to get exact brand that I was looking for, for my tesla.

The customer service that I met was very thorough explaining the difference between B O tires and Michelon tires. I really appreciated the information given to me in relation to the free oil change and new tire maintenance. That was a big surprise to me, and I won't forget it. Thank you BIG O tires.

Easy to find the tire I needed on website, and to schedule the service. Price was competitive and tire available same day. Associates were helpful and professional and the work was completed quickly while I waited. Also free wifi!

Gary was friendly and helpful. However, when I approached a different employee for billing questions, he didn't show interest in helping.

Jorge and the other people at Big O Tires were extremely kind and quick! They honored their sales prices and answered any and all questions I had. In fact, they even squeezed me in for a full 4 tire set change at the end of their day, going past closing time to finish.

Being a Saturday, it was pretty busy. However, I was pleased to be greeted as soon as I parked my car. Got checked in right away and was given an estimate of 1 hr. It took a little bit more (~1hr 45 mins) but I was satisfied with the quality of work done. I feel the car drives much better after the alignment. Will recommend Big O tires to friends an family.

Overall Emanuel was amazing. I experienced a flat tire on my lunch break and was in desperate need to resolve the issue before heading back home. Emanuel took the time to make sure that my request were heard and that he was making recommendations that made sense. My car drives amazing and I’ll never forget the great experience. Whenever possible we will go out of our way to come back to this location to work with Emanuel again.
