The customer service that I met was very thorough explaining the difference between B O tires and Michelon tires. I had a huge screw in my 4 month old tires bought from Big O. They repaired it and my other tire sensor that was malfunctioning at no charge. Very friendly crew at the Mountain View location.

Emmanuel is a rock star! He is very honest, knowledgeable, and engaging. Je took tome to educate me on the types of tires best for my SUV and even answered questions about tire pressure. In addition, he was extremely understandint with me as my schedule shifted last minute and patient in waiting to update while I attended Zoom Meetings in the waiting area. He's worth the investment to keep and promote him!

During my initial tire purchase, they scratched the rim, but they made it right and replaced one very satisfied, especially with Emanuel Sousa very knowledgeable and helpful.

Being a Saturday, it was pretty busy. However, I was pleased to be greeted as soon as I parked my car. Got checked in right away and was given an estimate of 1 hr. It took a little bit more (~1hr 45 mins) but I was satisfied with the quality of work done. I feel the car drives much better after the alignment. Will recommend Big O tires to friends an family.
