Did a road trip from vegas to Mountain View and needed a quick oil change during my trip. This place was efficient and told me price and time it would take. Friendly staff and weren’t pushy. Told me my brake pads needed changing so will handle that when I’m back in my hometown. I bought tires at Big O in vegas so glad they were able to help me out in Mountain View.

Our vehicle was finished when promised, will definitely be back with our other vehicles!

If have always had a great experience when I have had to come here. The manager was always nice and so was the staff. Being a girl I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of! They were even nice to my son and I felt like they made me and my vehicle and priority.

Only issue was that they were a bit backed up so it took a bit longer than predicted initially by the tech, but I’m happy that I was able to make a same day appt to address the issue.
