The alignment job was perfect!

Did a road trip from vegas to Mountain View and needed a quick oil change during my trip. This place was efficient and told me price and time it would take. Friendly staff and weren’t pushy. Told me my brake pads needed changing so will handle that when I’m back in my hometown. I bought tires at Big O in vegas so glad they were able to help me out in Mountain View.

I got the basic maintenance check. It was hassle free, quick service, friendly staff.

The only problems i have is when i was attacked by 3 people, Abel a woman cashier and maintenance man who threatened my life and the woman who said I had a bad after maintenance man threatened me and Abel who was the mediator of a planned attack that I was unaware of. I reported this to corporate but after many attempts to report the bullies who were part of a neighborhood buddy system bully attack from either Lina Khasky Parness, Carolyn C. Chaikovsky and/or "Mother"� priest/lawyer the priest at Christ Church Portola Episcopal Church who got a favor from the REDWOOD CITY STORE BIG-O TIRE last year 2018 when I was scared off and scared for my life that I have not felt safe enough to return because of that, until Michael from the Mecanic shop was hired. Big O tire needs to take responsibility for their behavior but I was forced to write a review with 5 stars on the Redwood City Big O Tire on El Camino across from Target, in their yelp where I secretly try to shed light on the problem if you CAN READ BETWEEN THE LINES. They took advantage of me and scared me so bad all I could do was give 5 stars and RUN. When leaving their store, I was driven all the way to Aptos after service done there and when I was out of range from the tracker they allegedly put on my car, I got a text from Abel asking "Are you still alive"�, "Did you survive?"� I can't believe Big O Tire didn't even call me to see if I was ok or to call a company meeting to talk with the owner of the store to see what happened. I would only recommend this place if Michael is there, but otherwise I'd not be going to any Big O Tire at all! I've known Michael for well over 10 years as my Mecanic and knows I would not lie about something like this and I still want that investigation.

The people who helped were super nice and helpful. Very much appreciated!

Your courteous and friendly staff, David Gee & Michael Antrim, made a bad situation (tire puncture & replacement in the hundreds of $$) much more palatable. And when I unfortunately had a puncture on the new tire replacement, they replaced the replacement (I fortunately bought tire insurance) gladly and had me back on the road with no fuss. Thanks Team Big O!

Reasonable cost with high quality service

The staff at Big O Mountain View is incredibly helpful and friendly. I have never received such stellar customer service at any other location - truly a top notch team that goes above and beyond for their customers!

Associate clearly described the problem. Showed defective part after replacement. Tried to give a good deal.

This was my first time to Big 0, and I was impressed by the professionalism, lack of "pressure" sales tactics, good pricing, and speed of service. I will likely return.

Everything was communicated to me with no surprises.

David was able to secure specialty lubricants for my Corvette, yet still gave me a discount! Will recommend this Big O to anyone.

Only issue was that they were a bit backed up so it took a bit longer than predicted initially by the tech, but I’m happy that I was able to make a same day appt to address the issue.
