The place was busy, but customer service was very polite and pleasant, my tires need to be ordered and ready when I arrived and the estimate was the same. It took about half hour more than expected but I won't fault them as the place was quite busy. In all, a good experience.

Great representative and well-explained deals. The most important prize is under my budget.

They replaced my tire within an hour on a Saturday afternoon exactly as they had promised!

I came in without an appointment after having a flat tire. I knew I had to replace the 4 tires, it was time, so instead of fixing the flat, I bought 4 tires. I needed high traction ones for my Rav4EV, and they have what I was looking for in stock. I left the car for 2 hours, got back and got out with no problem. They replaced the tires, replaced the pressure sensors and aligned the wheels. It was a great experience at a good price.

The customer service is rarely found in retail stores anymore. The friendliness and sincere care about the customer and proper service for each individual is highly prized.

They are professional and don’t try to sell you a whole bunch of things you don't need or scam you. Time is reasonable and I like they have a comfortable waiting area.
