Eddie and Josh always take care of me at the Big O Tires in La Mesa. I’ve been going to them for years and I’ve always been satisfied with the quality of their service. Highly recommended this location.

These gentlemen were fast and efficient. They were welcoming and made sure that I understood what they were doing and why. The store front was clean and the staff was engaging and friendly.

Very nice. My mom has been going here for years and I finally got the chance since I have my own car now. Everyone was super nice and explained everything very well and didn’t make me feel dumb.

Eddy really knows his stuff. My whole family has taken our vehicles to him for years. I highly recommend going here for any vehicle problems.

Josh was very polite and professional. Communicating with me the whole time. Gave me options, but never urged me to do anything my truck didn't need right now. Big O Tires in La Mesa is my official mechanic shop for any vehicle I may have.

I've been seeing them for all my automotive repair needs for more than ten years, on Subaru, Toyota, and Volvo. They're thorough in assessing what needs to be done, and the repair work is done quickly and at a very fair price. For any repairs they don't handle directly, they will recommend solid, local shops that share these values - good work at a fair price.

The service, friendliness, explanation, and overall experience was was wonderful and made me feel confident and secure, that my car would be repaired properly. Everyone from Eddy Woods, the other workers, to the Serviceman that picked me up from my place to pick up my car was friendly and helpful. An absolute pleasure!

My stearing wheel was slightly to the left but that's okay I can live with that 1 of the guys slam my trunk very hard the my trunk lift support is bad but the door is very heavy lucklie he didn't damage my lock Eddy was very professional I felt like he give me the best posible deal he even reach out to me to led me know wen the tires arrive everybody was very nice and professional I'm definitely going back there for future tires and alighments on all my vehicles thank you BIG O TIRES

I'm very satisfied with my purchase of 4 new tires for my sports car, I explained my wish for the performance of my car and I was given my options and all recommendations, I made the choice with out any pressure and feel very satisfied with my cars performance after my purchase. And after all the price was well worth it.

I like that I can make an appointment for an oil change. I like that I get in and out quickly.
