I have used the services of this Big O Store for about 14 years. I appreciate the ease of scheduling at the time I prefer. For routine services they start on your vehicle and complete what you've come in for in a timely manner. The owner remembers his repeat customers and is willing to share his knowledge as the vehicles we drive have become more complicated to understand.

My family has been coming to this location since I was a baby. We'd never go anywhere else. Eddie takes such good care of us and our cars we recommend him to everyone with car troubles regardless of how many lights have come on, even if it's just an oil change. The service is beyond compare here. They really go above and beyond what we expect and are just so appreciative of all the extra little things they do for us.

I went in to get an alignment since my car was shaking while braking at high speeds, we went forward with the alignment and tire balancing. That did not resolve the shaking while braking problem, so I went back in the next day and Eddy figured out it was the rooters needing to be shaved and now my car is great! No more shaking while braking. Thanks so much.

Eddy helped me to communicate information to BFG to pursue reimbursement for my last set of tires wearing-out at around half of their lifespan. This took quite a bit of his time and it was to help only me.

Very helpful and nicely priced. they were quick considering I was a walk in. Took about an hour to change two tires & align my car. Will be back.
