I am disabled. Eddy and his associate helped me tremendously. Eddy was up front and told me the price and it never exceeded. I can see the good in the people that work at this Big O Tires. I brought my Lexus here before because it kept leaking. They fixed me up with no issues. After my last experience here with Eddy and crew, I would recommend someone here to get there tires fixed. Also so far so good on the brake service. We are safe once again.

Attention to detail alignment issues where fixed and even a ball joint that was loose got taken care of no extra charge. Besides that everyone and everything was on point...

After two other recommendations for replacement of radiator and transmission, we were seeking other opinions. Eddy went above and beyond to help us get our truck to his shop and assessed the damage. Turns out a good flush/clean was all we needed. He saved our family thousands of dollars that we don't have.
