As always, Eddie, Josh and crew took the time to check the issues I was having with my car while I waited. I have been taking my cars to this Big O for 20+ years. You can always count on their honest assessment and quality of workmanship!

I called close to closing and will still advised to come in if I could make it. Eddy was very helpful and he and his crew stayed a little past closing to make sure I was safe and taken care of.

The price quote was right on for the work being done, other places asked for a lot more money , money I didn’t have to repair the vehicular engine mounts, if it weren’t for you guys I would have performed the work myself and probably messed up a component while doing it. I will get more work done with you guys , great customer service and fast care.

Once again Eddy and the guys at Big O came through for me with flying colors! Been going here for about a year now and I couldn't be happier to have such reliable service! Got new tires this time, they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock but were able to have them delivered and installed in about 4 hours, as well as change my oil! My truck has over 160k miles and is still running strong thanks to Big O! Thanks for being there for my family's auto care needs guys!

Going back to number 3, being greeted at my car wasn't a big deal, it's how you are greeted inside that counts. I have been there several times and Eddie is the BEST, he knows that I don't need to know about the alignment nor the credit card application since he told me about it the first time I was there. Eddie and the other gentleman that helped me are the best, the only thing that Eddie wouldn't do was put the bill on his credit card for me.
