I’ve been using this shop for over 10 years. They’re down the street from my house and I like to keep my business in my neighborhood. And he takes very very good care of me every time I need anything related to tires or car maintenance.

We love the service here. Eddy treats us like family!

Eddie was super helpful and got the tires I needed brought to the store so he could change my damaged back tires right away. The one-year alignment allows free alignment checks and corrections every 6 months, which is super helpful for my 3/4 ton truck. Josh and Eddie are always super sweet and helpful.

The car dealership told my wife that her two front tires were in bad shape and she should not drive on them. So not to spend $578.00, I went Big O to have them inspect, rotate & balance all wheels and an alignment. Car runs good and wife is happy.

My wife had a leak, took it by the local Big-O and was repaired. No charge. Customer for life. I had a blowout from a piece of metal, hit the sidewall, total loss. Was able to get a new tire, and another matching tire. Purchased a warranty for all four, left in under an hour - great price. I'll always be a Big-O customer.

Eddy was great with explanantions and pricing, twice. After calling another store for potentially better pricing, I decided to schedule with Eddy. He also gave me a reduced price on the alignment to get my business.
