I was recommended to this location by my mechanic, John's Automotive, after being lied to numerous times by Discount Tire. The Mgr at Big O was professional, gracious, and straightforward. He got my job done effectively and quickly. No 'game'. Relief!

I have had all the work on my 3 vehicles done at the La Mesa, CA store for over 15 years. They have ALWAYS treated me very well. I even send my family members there, my sister and her kids, my step father and my aunt there for all there mechanical problems. The prices are more than reasonable and the work is exceptional.

There was a lot of unexpected work needed and it was all finished in one afternoon.

EDDIE ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB TAKING CARE OF ME! I always call ahead of time to let him know what I need and he never let's me down. I come in, the tires are installed and I'm out the door! NO BS!!!! I'm a painting contractor that gives great service to my customers and so often I'm disappointed when I hand my hard-earned money other companies. That has never been the case at Big O La Mesa!!!!! I've sent many friends to your store and you never disappoint!

I keep coming back and my expectations are always met or exceeded. Ed, Josh and crew quickly installed a new set of tires and then took on an additional unscheduled task when I asked them to look at installing a receiver hitch assembly on our vehicle. They saved me hours of knuckle scraping effort under my car and installed the hitch quickly for a fair price.
