Big O Tires

This Big O was recommended to my about 15 years ago by a friend who said "The Owner (Eddy Woods) is honest as the day is long. You can send your wife there and never worry." This has been an understatement. The whole crew is a reflection of Eddy. Top rate care is always given to the customer as the daily average for the business. Corners are never cut, honesty is always first and foremost and I will not go anywhere else. By the way if Eddy recommends someone to do a specific special task he is sending you to someone just like he is..."�..

Very friendly and made the appointment fast and easy.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone there is so friendly, and unlike every other place I have visited, they do not try to force be or guilt me into buying unnecessary parts or repairs. The guys at Big O Tires always make me feel comfortable

I like Big O products and services so when looking to service my daughter's car, I promptly sought out a location in San Diego. There are only a few so I choose the La Mesa location. I'm glad I did. They were prompt and friendly. They had my vehicle in and out in a fair amount of time. They seem to have a good following because while I was there, a long time customer brought the employees fresh snacks and treats. I'm happy with the service of my vehicle and will use La Mesa Big O the next service.

I was very nervous about purchasing tires as a single woman with kids. The assocoiate helped me feel safe and secure that I was getting great tires at a fair price.

I am by impressed with the owner Eddy who took the time to explain the difference between the oil options. Eddy also spoke with me about how his business has faired over the last 18 months. I am glad he managed to stay busy and also keep his staff employed.

I love this Big O Tires. The owners are always so kind and knowledgeable. I go here because I feel safe and I don't feel like they are trying to make me buy something I didn't go there for. Owner & workers are always friendly; always tell exactly what they will do, how it is going during the service, and give details upon completion. Prices are very inexpensive, compared to other places.
