Great service as usual.

Eddy or Eddie not sure on the spelling was super super helpful and my car tires look amazing thankful they were even cleaned and the realignment. Also thankful for the pricing given how nice the tires are. I also loved the convenience of the location. I loved all the cool olden day knick knacks as well my only suggestion would be to better display them they are so cool!!!

My husband and I just bought a car and needed to get a tire checked out. I called the answered immediately, Josh was his name. As soon as we got into the shop we were greeted with the nicest man! He helped us immediately and made us feel welcome. He gave us an awesome price we felt like on all of the services we received. The mechanics were awesome, they even gave us a piece of the most delicious blueberry homemade cheesecake that one of the mechanics wife brought in. We became friends with the workers. They gave us marriage advice and we showed them our recent wedding pictures. We walked away happier after going to Big O. I never write reviews but I was so freaking impressed with their amazing service I had to take the time to write this.

Service techs always do great work. Hourly labor rate is very reasonable. Clerks are always friendly and helpful.

I'm not a mechanic so hard to rate quality of service and product knowledge...but they did it fast and my car is running again. It was not cheap, but they did not overcharge and gave a discount.

Very good customer service

Nothing remarkable, would of liked more options presented on the type of tires, but maybe that selection was limited due to what I was asking. I was given a discount on my change of oil, so that was good. Service was quick, 4 new tires and they did check brakes, shocks and told me I had a leaky radiator that needed to be replaced. Something that I did not know, brakes and shocks I did now and asked to confirm that they were bad and they did. I didn't have the work done by BigO only because it was something that I could do myself.

Eddy and crew, jumped right on my vehicle to replace a bad tire, as soon as it was off the tow truck it was up on the race within a few minutes, this was during a very busy day as well. I really appreciated the great customer service.

I was very happy with the service but extremely disappointed when I was told told I could not use my Big O Tire card.

These guys rocked. Eddy, Josh and crew bent over backwards to help us out and charged a very reasonable price for their incredibly awesome service. If I lived in the San Diego area I would go back to this shop in a heartbeat. These guys bent over backwards to be sure the issue was fixed correctly, showed us exactly what the issue was and came up with a wonderful solution that allowed us to get 125 miles home safely. I will definitely be doing business with your company in the future. You earned a customer for life. Thanks so much to Eddy & crew my family and I appreciate everything that you did for us to be sure we got back home safe
