My first experience at the shop was great, I would rate a 5. The next visit for an alignment check up a month later and sway bar adjustment wasn't as good. The work took about an hour or less but I was initially charged for a new alignment and $120 an hour labor for two hours for quickly adjusting my sway bar settings. First $120 an hour is what really nice shops charge that work on high end vehicles and second obviously was was a very quick job so charging me for a 3-4 hour job that actually took less than an hour is rude. I'm the end I was charged for one hour labor on top of the cost for an alignment which all together took less than an hour. I understand your need to make money and I may have a nice car so possibly you think over charging me doesn't matter but I don't have a lot of money and it does matter. I left feeling a little taken advantage of. If I owned the shop I would recognize repeat business is the best business. I would have recognized that the sway bar adjustment is quick and easy and you already charged me for a new alignment 4 weeks from my first one so I would have adjusted them for free. This would have made me want to come back. The person at the front desk is great though, I liked him a lot. Lastly this happens a lot at shops but the headliner on my Tesla is a light color so touching it with hands covered in brake dust is not smart. Now I have to scrub The area by the driver door pillar to clean it off.

I was immediately confronted with the up sale. I agreed to the oil change, tire rotation, balance and the alignment. The tire rotation and balance were free as I purchased the four tires from your store last year. I was able to use the coupon for the alignment. My only issue was I do not think the tire pressure was checked on any of the tires. No sooner than I left the lot, I got an error on my display: Tire Pressure Error--for both of the front tires. Pressure on both front tires was 25 PSI, manual indicates it should be 32 PSI. Back left rear was 38 PSI. Back right rear was 32 PSI. I believe since tires are your first priority--that this never should have occurred. I was able to go to the gas station and correct the issue--but I was grumbling the entire time.

Today 01/07/2020 I used the services of a Big Tires, 7589 El Cajon Blvd, La Mesa CA 91942 Service is very helpful but unreasonably expensive! The service employee, Joshua McGuire, showed me the presence of oil on the surface of the power steering pump in my Highlander 2007 v6 And he explained to me that this leak is small can create problems in the safety of the car and it is necessary to urgently change the power steering pump. And he convinced me that the real cost of this power steering pump is $739.20, and the cost of work is $240 Given the fact that at that time I did not have the opportunity to check the prices of these services, I was forced to trust a Big Tires employee. However, what was my surprise that the cost of this pump in a dealership Toyota of El Cajon totals no more than $408.37, and in other companies Autopartskart, Cartparts, Autozone even less $202.99 Joshua McGwire explained that low-cost parts can be substandard! I have such an argument clearly causes distrust! Given this fact, I want to warn that those who will use the services of this company should be careful and competent in the prices that will be offered to you!

I have always had my Subaru oil change done at the store on El Cajon Blvd., in La Mesa. I have never been charged more than $60.00 for the service. This past Friday when I went in to pick up my car they charged me $95.91. I was not advised of an almost $40.00 increase when I left the car for service. I let the representative know that I thought that was an outrageous charge and I wouldn't be back. I will not return to that store. That is really poor customer service.
