My reason for going to Big O tires initially was because I bought tires in Texas from NTB. I had warranties and free tire rotations with my contract. I didn't realize, contrary to their name (NTB-National Tire & Battery) that they did NOT have locations in California. When I tried to find a location in San Diego their website stated that they were a sister company of Big O Tires. When I called the owner answered and said they were no longer affiliated with them, but he would rotate my tires for free. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I also had a check up and oil change. My battery tested bad so I was happy they caught it before it completely died. Every once in a while I find a business that has integrity and the Big O Tires in La Mesa, CA is surely one of them. I highly recommend Big O Tires at 7589 El Cajon Blvd. in La Mesa, CA. I made an appointment and did not have to wait long for the service. There are plenty places to eat nearby. Before I even finished lunch they called and let me know my car was ready. It was so easy.
