I have been going to the La Mesa Big O Tires for years and they always go out of their way to be accommodating. My most recent visit was a very last minute need for 4 new tires and after I mentioned that I had a long drive coming up, they made sure to check/top off all the fluids as well. Very much appreciated!

I felt comfortable and welcome. I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing the store by getting and oil change and alignment with a plan that I had purchased; rather, I felt like my business was welcome and the staff was interested in helping me. The staff shared what I needed and what I could wait on. Actually, I could wait on everything for right now; it was a relief to hear with my 15 year old car. They were great!

Started to discuss alignment, learned it was struts. Was told as they did subsequent checks after strut installation might need more parts. Intelligent explanation of options. GREAT automotive related antique artifacts inside shop, enjoyed discussing cars. Good energy by Josh, Eddie and their team. Open on Saturday and close to my home. Very positive experience.
