I have trusted my 12 year old Pilot with you guys for 5 or 6 years now, and you do awesome work, you are honest and always ready to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else. When I call because I have a problem, I am always called back with information I need. All of you go above and beyond to keep me safe in my car. Always appreciated.

I expected no less: my sister and brother-in-law have taken their Toyotas to this shop for years and thus when I bought my (long in the tooth) Honda Fit I knew where to bring it. Eddy in the office was terrific. The car now runs great, I passed smog with flying colors, and I look forward to returning soon to continue to improve my Fit. In my experience one of the more stressful parts of life is finding and trusting a good car repair shop. Now that I have Big O on El Cajon Blvd, my blood pressure has returned to normal. We've been happy customers for many years. Dave and the other service advisors always provide excellent service. They are through with repair advise. And, break down what's most important to care for immediately and what repair may wait a bit. With auto repairs being very expensive, Dave and the other advisors are always cognizant of not placing a "financial repair" burden on their customer's. We will remain loyal customers to Big O Tires. And, we're appreciative of their honest and knowledgeable advisors.
