Fernando was exceptional. He was thoughtful, receptive, friendly and offered solutions. Very kind and walked through everything with me over the phone to take care of my daughter. The price - no one says extremely satisfied because we hate spending money on this kind of thing but pricing was fair. That is not the associates challenge but again no one likes spending money on it.
