Big O Tires

I moved to Orange County four years ago and was recommended this location from a previous Big O. From the first time I walked into the shop to every single time I go, I'm always treated with respect and honesty. As a woman, some places try and take advantage but not these guys. They're always honest, friendly, helpful and also do a great job on my car. Fernando is the best manager around and all the guys that work there are so good! The only complaint I have is my second to last visit recently. There was a new manager named Alan and he wasn't friendly and didn't make eye contact. If it wasn't for Fernando, I'd go to a different location. Thanks so much guys!! (*Side note. Josh was a manager at this location and is now in Huntington Beach, not cool! He should have stayed at the Orange location.)

I have been coming to this store for years. The staff and management have always treated me well and have always been honest and fair. On the rare occasion when a repair wasn't sufficient, they have always gone out of their way to make sure it was made right. They have always let me know the condition of my vehicle, but have never pressured me into into a service or purchase. This is my go-to store for maintaining my vehicle.

I've been bringing my truck to Big O Tires on Katella Ave in Orange, CA for many, many years and they've never let me down. All the guys are polite and treat me with respect. Whatever problem I've had with my truck, it always gets fixed. Unfortunately, I am moving to Oregon and won't be able to use the Katella Big O Tires for my truck's needs. Thank you to all of the crew there!

Very friendly and very aware of my time.

Junior was extremely polite, helpful and professional. He is trustworthy and friendly! My ONLY feedback is to remodel the lobby. It really needs to have two working stations where you can plug in your laptop. I often wait for my services and there is no comfortable place to work. The lobby is dated and not a comfortable experience for the customers.

This was my first time at the Katella store in Orange and I was very pleased with the service. The manager, Junior Benitez was professional and very helpful. I will probably use them again. Well done.
