Easy to check in vehicle and someone is always behind the counter whenever I come. Takes a while to answer phones and I know it’s because they are so busy doing a great job.

I have been a loyal Big O tires costumer for many years and I have always been very satisfied with product and staff. I have purchased new vehicles and instead of returning to the dealer for some services, I go to Big O tires. It's like going to family for help. :)

SERVICE MANAGER FERNANDO TOOK CHARGE OF THE SITUATION. I HAD A BLOWOUT AND THE TIRE I NEEDED TO REPLACE ON MY BUICK ENCORE WAS A SPECIAL ORDER. FERNANDO'S COMMUNICATION ON THE REPAIR WAS TERRIFIC AND IS ENTIRE STAFF WERE COMPLETELY ON TOP OF THE BALL. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK!

I pulled in with an emergency and was taken care of quickly, politely and efficiently. They even had to find a missing bolt and did so without hesitation.

I got my oil changed. They did everything they were supposed to do and return the car to me when I was done.

I was provided excellent customer service by the sales associates at the front of the desk. My service was done quickly.

My back tire popped on my way to work. I had to call a tow truck and wanted to get to the nearest Big O Tires to Irvine and called the one in Tustin. They were busy and would have had to keep my car the rest of the day. Also, the guy who answered the phone had a weird vibe. I called the one in Orange and they were very re-assuring and said they would do their best to take care of my car by midday or early afternoon. My daughter also had taken her car there a couple of weeks before and highly recommended them because they took great care of her car and the customer service was fantastic. She was accurate in her recommendation. Garcia quoted me a price on four tires because I really needed to replace all of them. He found an additional discount for me. I waited for a little over an hour, was able to do some work while I waited and was so relieved to get my car so quickly so I could go to work. I returned 2 days later to get the car alignment done and again got prompt and great service from Toni.

Junior, the manager, was super helpful on the phone, and was there when I went in. He went above and beyond in customer service and I really appreciate his attentiveness.

Thank you for performing my tire rotation, the guys in the front office are professional and friendly and helped my wife with our car since I wasn't available to drive to BigO tires.

The front desk is very professional and the crew that works on cars are equally professional when I communicate with them about my vehicle. They are know what they are doing and very polite. You are my "to go and get my car fixed place".
