I pulled in with an emergency and was taken care of quickly, politely and efficiently. They even had to find a missing bolt and did so without hesitation.

SERVICE MANAGER FERNANDO TOOK CHARGE OF THE SITUATION. I HAD A BLOWOUT AND THE TIRE I NEEDED TO REPLACE ON MY BUICK ENCORE WAS A SPECIAL ORDER. FERNANDO'S COMMUNICATION ON THE REPAIR WAS TERRIFIC AND IS ENTIRE STAFF WERE COMPLETELY ON TOP OF THE BALL. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK!
