Big O Tires

Will always come back to this place for their customer service.

My back tire popped on my way to work. I had to call a tow truck and wanted to get to the nearest Big O Tires to Irvine and called the one in Tustin. They were busy and would have had to keep my car the rest of the day. Also, the guy who answered the phone had a weird vibe. I called the one in Orange and they were very re-assuring and said they would do their best to take care of my car by midday or early afternoon. My daughter also had taken her car there a couple of weeks before and highly recommended them because they took great care of her car and the customer service was fantastic. She was accurate in her recommendation. Garcia quoted me a price on four tires because I really needed to replace all of them. He found an additional discount for me. I waited for a little over an hour, was able to do some work while I waited and was so relieved to get my car so quickly so I could go to work. I returned 2 days later to get the car alignment done and again got prompt and great service from Toni.

The front desk is very professional and the crew that works on cars are equally professional when I communicate with them about my vehicle. They are know what they are doing and very polite. You are my "to go and get my car fixed place".

Thank you for performing my tire rotation, the guys in the front office are professional and friendly and helped my wife with our car since I wasn't available to drive to BigO tires.

I went in to have them open a claim against Michelin for a brand new car that experience a tire blow out, which caused damage to the car/rim. I did not buy anything, but they treated me outstanding. Service manager, Fernando Quiroz was outstanding. Thanks for all your help.

Reoccurring issue with temperature gauge. Part went back. Vehicle took longer than expected. I didn’t have a ride to pick vehicle back up. Garcia arranged for an Uber to give me a ride. Really appreciated that.
