I have been going to Big O Tires in Orange for many years now and the staff there is always ready to help and they do a great job on my car.

Jr. And Fernando are amazing! And the mechanic who has been there forever! Been coming here for 15+ years...what does that say!!

I use to go to jiffy lube. No comparison in service and price. Also didn't try to up sell . Over a year ago jiffy lube told me I needed a new battery. Haven't had any problems yet.

I had a shudder and faster tire wear on my right front wheel on my Ford Expedition. I thought I had an alignment problem and they did the alignment and informed me that it was very close to perfect already. I hadn't told them the symptoms before hand, but after the alignment didn't help I told them what was going on. They pulled the wheels off and found that that right front wheel was way out of balance. They balanced the wheel for free and solved the problem! I should have told them the symptoms when I first dropped it off, but they balanced the wheel for free and just charged me for the alignment which I consider totally fair.

The staff are very friendly and always help me during each appointment. They are very thorough with what is happening with my car and help me understand what needs to be done to keep my car in great condition!

I used them a week for oil change. Fastservice and they caught an alignment issue that would have ruuned my front tires. Thanks for the 15% discount for being a new customer at this location.

The staff was super friendly and the service was great, it is soon time for me to get new tires but they did not pressure me at all.

The only thing I would change, and I am a long time Big-O customer, would be his attention to the fact that I had researched tires at Costco and Amazon and was looking for a price match or close to it. I wanted to leave knowing that I got a "great" deal and not just a "good" deal which I did.

Had an appointment walked in and I was helped immediately. Fast work I had my car back in a few hours 4 wheels,oil change and an alignment. My car is running great.

I didn’t have an appointment but they got me in and out in a hurry. I also agreed with the recommended services.

Had a flat. Got in and out, right away without hassle.Everything was covered by professionals in a timely matter.Since I had purchased the tire insurance with my last set of tires, I did not even have to pay a dime to have this fixed.All-around great job and I would recommend big O tires to my friends and family.

The repair was far more costly and complicated than I expected and it took significantly longer than estimated as there was a part that you did not have in stock it it took 6 hours to get. So while I waited in the beginning, once Junior knew how long it was going to take he sent me home via Lyft and that was appreciated. Also, another customer came in while I was waiting to pick-up and mentioned how satisfied she was with service she had gotten the prior week.

Junior and Fernando both offer great management service. Junior was and is always very helpful in explaining things and they are both very pleasant. The only issue I have is that the location is sometimes difficult to get in and out of.

The service manager was great. He handled my walk in a speedy and efficient manner! There was not any reason to offer me a credit card since I already had one and I was there for an alignment.

As a walk in, Junior and another associate were very accommodating and had my truck ready at the time they quoted me. They were careful to ensure I know my wheel lock key was put away. The staff are always so friendly and helpful.
