Big O Tires

I called a day ahead to make an appointment and inquire on a promotion that they were running. They were very friendly, helpful and quick. They changed all four of my tires and did an alignment in less then an hour, I was stunned and so appreciative! Will definitely come back again in the future.

I spoke with Junior on the phone. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and explained all the services in detail with the purchase of the tires. His professionalism and attention to detail definitely persuaded me to shop at Big O Tires.

I arrived just after 4 PM for tire rotation and brake flush. I expected to be told it was too late, but the service writer was more than happy to get the car in and assured me it would be done by closing time. The service was done promptly. I’ve been to this location several times, and I keep coming back because of my consistently good experiences.

Junior runs his place well with honesty and a command of his product line. I had put two rear tires on my Tesla that were several hundred dollars less than what the dealer offered, so when I needed the front two, I returned to Big O and he sourced them in his main warehouse and got the work done that afternoon.

Got a flat heading into work a few mornings ago; stopped in without an appointment and they took care of me right away. Also checked the air in the rest of my tires and topped them off; good customer service and a fair price.

Stopped by at the Orange location for an oil change this past weekend. Josh helped me out. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions satisfactorily.

My car was taken in quickly and I was given a quote by phone shortly after dropping it off. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked to have my car back to me much quicker than I expected. Pricing for my repairs was reasonable.

Junior was very helpful and courteous. I went in for new tires & oil change. They found bad rear shocks and showed me the leakage. Installed new shocks in addition to the tires & oil change.

The representative I worked with was great. They did not have the tires I needed but he made tbe effort to pick up the tires so i could have them that day. This was especially nice because we were close to evacuation reas due to a local wildfire. Very appreciated!
