I called a day ahead to make an appointment and inquire on a promotion that they were running. They were very friendly, helpful and quick. They changed all four of my tires and did an alignment in less then an hour, I was stunned and so appreciative! Will definitely come back again in the future.

Junior and Fernando and kind and very considerate employees. Both of them are great at communicating with me wether on the phone or in person. They and their team corrected an issue that was covered by the parts warranty and made sure I made it home before dark, which I so much appreciated since I’m up in big bear.

Junior runs his place well with honesty and a command of his product line. I had put two rear tires on my Tesla that were several hundred dollars less than what the dealer offered, so when I needed the front two, I returned to Big O and he sourced them in his main warehouse and got the work done that afternoon.

I like to appear early, starting time. I don't mind waiting my turn, but I feel Josh keeps the shop guys focused on "Next" and doesn't delay me for a non-priority.

I arrived just after 4 PM for tire rotation and brake flush. I expected to be told it was too late, but the service writer was more than happy to get the car in and assured me it would be done by closing time. The service was done promptly. I’ve been to this location several times, and I keep coming back because of my consistently good experiences.

Junior was very helpful and courteous. I went in for new tires & oil change. They found bad rear shocks and showed me the leakage. Installed new shocks in addition to the tires & oil change.
