My car was taken in quickly and I was given a quote by phone shortly after dropping it off. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked to have my car back to me much quicker than I expected. Pricing for my repairs was reasonable.

The representative I worked with was great. They did not have the tires I needed but he made tbe effort to pick up the tires so i could have them that day. This was especially nice because we were close to evacuation reas due to a local wildfire. Very appreciated!

Junior is such a nice and caring person.

Junior was very helpful in locating the tires that I needed for my vehicle and ordered them from the warehouse and scheduled an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, they inspected my tires and determined that I only needed two new tires. One of the two good tires was having leaking issues that were determined was caused by a faulty valve stem so they replaced that.

Fernando and his team went above and beyond helping my grandmother. She needed new tires, and while the tires were being installed, they discovered that she had an axle problem. My grandma is 90 years old, and she was ready to go home. The axle repair was to take 1 1/2 hours, so Fernando offered to deliver her car to her when it was done. He went the second mile! We will be referring all of our friends and family to Fernando and his team for tire needs! :)
