My vehicle had a right front flat and no spare so it had to be towed in. I made the appointment online the night before and the representative called me the following morning to confirm. He was extremely polite and accomodating. Despite being a busy location they got my tires done and alignment before noon. Thank you!

The representative I think his name was Junior was excellent. He was very respectful and help me with my car alignment and concerns after a small accident. I highly recommend Big O tires.

First, Big O tires on Katella BLVD, is my primary tire source. Off memory, I believe Josh is the manager. Big 0 off Antonio in RSM is now " discount tire" of which Ken is manager or co-manager; regardless of title; Ken has great customer service skills and quite accommodating. He replaced my wife's Porsche Panamera turbo tires last year; incident free. I found the team quite compitent and very friendly. Will continue to utilize big 0 "discount tires" as need arises.
