Big O Tires

No wait for oil change; however disappointed that they did not rotate the tires.

Whenever I need work done on my car, the Big O Tires on Katella in Orange is my first choice. The management and some of the technicians know who I am and always have been honest with me and treat me with respect. They do great work and occasionally when there has been a problem with a part that they installed, it has been replaced without charge. If they find something about my car that needs attention, they explain the problem in detail without trying to hard sell me. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. When my friends mention that they need to have work done on their cars, I always recommend this Big O shop.

I went to Big O because I thought that they were cheaper than Costco. Turns out, Costco was offering a sale with free alignment and a better tire (70,000 mile tire) for $50 less than Costco. I went to big 0, but they were more expensive. I made a mistake and it cost me over $60 more for a lower quality tire. Frankly, Costco has a better deal.

This Tire Store is mine! Unfortunately - because the tires they sell and service they provide last a long time - I don't get the chance to visit them as often as I would like!!!! Nice problem to have!!!!

Service team very knowledgeable. Explained what else I should be aware of that the car should need soon. No pressure to have it done NOW so to speak. Appointment time was met and work done in less than 1 hour. Very satisfied.

Would have been a 5 all the way across, but I never received my receipt as I was expecting it to be emailed to me.

I came in because one of the tires I had purchased 2 months ago was going flat. The staff quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, replaced the tire, and had me on my way in slightly over an hour. All in all very professional!!

The manager Junior was really helpful over the phone and in person. I requested very specific tires for my car, which he was able to get for me. I got my tires mounted, filled with nitrogen, balanced and aligned as well as my oil, oil filter, and cabin filter changed and was only at the shop for a little under 2 hours.

I was mesmerized with the professional and welcoming customer service I was provided.

I purchased set of tires from Big O tire and after a year got my first low tire light which they checked promptly when I brought my car back and filled it. But then it happened again a week later and back I went and this time it was a nail or something which they repaired at no cost and that impressed me. Nice guys at the Katella St location

Big-O replaced two tires for me within three months. Efficient, courteous, reasonable, accommodating. Waiting time in the reception room was under 15 minutes. They deliver! Unconditional perfection . . .
