Big O Tires

Tried to use the make an appointment on website. Didn't work. Called and was invited to come right down. Work was done in the estimated time.. Probably would go there again.

Big-O replaced two tires for me within three months. Efficient, courteous, reasonable, accommodating. Waiting time in the reception room was under 15 minutes. They deliver! Unconditional perfection . . .

I went in for a brake job and called 1st so I knew they had time and I had an idea of the cost which was lower than several other locations I checked and much lower that the dealership. I asked that my tires be rotated, balanced and checked and that never happened, which was very disappointing.

Very satisfied.

This was my second time there and my experience was good as usual. The only issue this time was that they forgot to reset my TPMS. I got a warning 2 blocks away from the shop and had to reset it myself when I got home.

Called and made appt same afternoon. Right on time.

Overall had a good experience here. I've gotten several tire rotations done here, and they always finish it within 30-40 minutes upon store opening hours. Recently gotten a repair done, and the staff did a solid job. Wifi for the waiting room would make it much easier for people to do work while waiting for services to be completed

Good price & great service

I was very happy with my visit to the store and Junior was very helpful. I am not happy with the hoops i have to go through to receive the $50 gift card.That alone may stop me from shopping with your brands in the future.

I have always gotten good customer service. Junior the manager was/is always very nice. I am not a very trusting person when it comes to having my car worked on. I do trust this Big-O-Tire store. I am so far very happy with the service and the people.

Cons: I went big0's web site and found the tires that I wanted. The store would not honor the price. Not cool Pros : online I asked for an early appointment. They called me 30 mins before they were open and said bring it in

Junior takes care of my needs when I bring my cars in.

The only thing was that Fernando states that they have excellent technicians but two of my tires are incorrectly mounted. I am glad that I know a bit of mounting tires or else the tire tractions are completely off. It was immediately fix when brought it back. It took me two trips for a simple work for which they had been doing for years.

Great job, guys! Gave me a ride back to Disneyland, left keys hidden in my exhaust so I could pick car up after hours. And, the car runs great!

Good experience - Junior was great. Took a little longer than I thought but they were upfront and helpful and I plan to go back (hopefully not to soon, but no doubt eventually).

Great service. I drive 15 miles (from Newport Beach) because I trust these guys not to over sell me on things I don't need. They finished my work on time (45 mins means 45 mins) and were always pleasant. This store is great!

Big O was very prompt with having my car done as promised.

Junior and his staff are very through and complete. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Hopefully we have it right this time, our tundra has went thru tires every 8 months, what the hell, we finally put commercial tires on it better work this time, should have recommended that 3 years ago. Service is great other than that.

Junior Benitez was very helpful. I came in after having a flat tire,(I was riding on the donut). Junior gave me great advise and installed my tires promptly. I highly recommend Big O tires, specially the one on Katella in Orange. Andrew Rodell
