Big O Tires

I didn't expect a tire rotation to take 90 minutes, but they seemed like they were trying to get to my car and get me out as quick as they could.

My truck was very well cared for by Junior and staff at the Big-O-Tire in Orange, CA!! This most recent visit was the second time that I have had work performed by Big O and both times I have been impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy of Big-O personnel!!! I'll be back when I have my next tire related issue.

I have been going to the store for years. The gentlemen who run this business from the front counter to the garage have had experience and know how to do the repairs that need to be done. They say if I have any questions to their service they want me to bring my vehicle back to them to reassess. They are concerned for the safety of the vehicle and keep me informed at what needs to be maintained on it. Thank you, Junior, Fernando, Junko and the rest of the crew who care about the vehicles they work on and especially the people who drive them.

The General Manager Victor, and George Ramirez, showed me that not all auto shops are going to give you the runaround. Each was polite, extremely helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make my experience as smooth and easy as possible. Victor wanted to make sure that I had a warranty on my tires from where i purchased them prior (different Big O) before charging me for a new tire to send me on my way. There was an issue with the other Big O location regarding the tires i had purchased, and I ended up leaving with my spare tire rather than a new one. I appreciated the care and honesty as well as his professionalism - which I did not experience at the other Big O Tires location I had visited originally. I went back the next day where George assisted me right away at 7am upon opening the shop. He had his colleague start working on my car immediately to make sure that I could get to work as soon as possible after telling him that I start at 7:30am. While waiting for my car, he engaged in conversation and helped the time pass as I was the only person in the shop - rather than sit quietly or leave me sitting quietly to wait for my car to be done. I am glad to have been helped by these two, kind Big O Tires employees and will be back, if necessary. I will certainly be referring people to this location sooner than to the former location.

Fernando was very friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations. Did not give us the runaround and did not try to sell us anything we did not need.

Received two new back tires, rotation and an alignment for under $300. Dropped my car off with them, and no longer than an hour later my car was done.

Wonderful group. Came in with nail in tire. Got me fixed up within the hour as promised.

Got problem fixed but didn't have an option about what tires I wanted

Got oil changed and rear brake pads done, was out there with the mechanics and they were nice and answered my questions and show me some tips.

Kept us waiting while chatting with other people and our car was completed. Probably waited an extra 20 minutes as a result.

Oil change and tire rotation are typical services done everywhere. New customer. I could have paid a lot less elsewhere for the same service. When I got back to my house my sister told me my brake light was out. My dad called big O and asked them if checking lights was part of the 27 point inspection they said it was and they would be glad to change it if I would bring it back. For a charge. My dad changed the bulb. Will look at other options in the future.
