Big O Tires

Jr was great in the beginning. He informed me of the services and they gave me a reasonable price. There after he followed up with me and let me know that It was going to take a little bit for my car to be processed and then my car would be finished that day. However, I never heard back from Junior again that day and I did not hear back from the store until I called them the next day at around 3 PM. I was without my vehicle for almost a full day without any information from the store. If they'd just kept me in the loop, I would've had no issue with them keeping my car overnight. I was recommended to go to the store by my father-in-law who loves big O tires. I do not know now if I would return.

I paid $70.00 for a oil change.. I got rushed into the purchase. I can go anywhere to get my car serviced, I got screwed. I won't be back

The service was good but once an offered service was declined there was high pressure to get the service anyway. I would not return to this location.

Can't say enough about Junior and team, they're all incredibly helpful and provide exceptional service. I've recommended everyone I know to come to this location whether it be for tires or car service. Keep up the great work!

Fernando took great care of me. I knew the issue and he was prompt to get it taken care of. I like that the credit card is 0% for the 6 months I'd need to pay off.

First time i ever waited three hours for an oil change, after they told me they wouldnt take appointments. Didnt explain very well what they had done, were perturbed when inasked questions, and spent more time trying to upsell me on tires "� overall, a weak experience and a frustrating one

Brought my van in for a tire rotate and to check a leak in one of the tires. Quoted about 1hr 15 min. It took a little longer but thats ok. They said they could not find a problem with the tire that was flat that morning. The next morning the tire was flat again. Was advised to bring it back in and they would check it. I had no way to bring in a car with a flat tire. The lug nuts were so tight that I couldn't loosen them to take the tire off. The person who was able to inflate my tire the first time was not available to help me. I advised the store that I had no way to bring in the disabled vehicle. All he said was "bring it in and we will take care of it". I called a mobile repair and paid to have the tire repaired.

I purchased an alignment along with new tires. but now my car pulls to the right, it did not do this prior to service. I"ll have to bring it back to have it fixed.

Amazing service

Store was able to get the tires desired for installation on my vehicle. Unfortunately they did not have the means of mounting the new tires without disturbing the TPMS, and could not resolve the low tire pressure light on the cab. Had to take vehicle to dealership to resolve issue.

I had come in for an alignment and oil change. I had gotten new tires put on a week prior at a different Big O Tires. I thought I needed an alignment because my steering wheel would shake at 40mph+. After the alignment was done in the quoted time of 45min, I asked if the wobble would be fixed by the alignment. He stated that the wobble is not due to a bad alignment, that is due to an improper balance on the wheels. He took my car back in and they fixed the balancing issue on the wheel, and said the other shop did not properly balance the tire the week prior. He also offered some additional services that I did decline, but he was knowledgeable in what would happen if I waited or did not take action. Overall, I had a great experience and will continue to go to the Orange Big O Tires for all of my tire and vehicle needs. They always exceed my expectations and their customer service at this location is always awesome.

I needed front brakes I went in in the replace to breaks right front rotor didn't alignment install the idler arm in new tires the truck came back worse than what it went in and they refused to warranty it into are telling me I need upper lower a arms of calipers and new tires they just bought 3 weeks earlier so I believe that they are a fradulent establishment

They matched a price to have 2 tires and an alignment done on my daughters car. I trust them and will always use Big O!

In general no attention was paid to detail of any kind. The broken English spoken by all of the employees was not suitable for the clientele. The clothing worn by employees was not uniform or clean. My keys were handed to me by a dirty glove wearing technician. I am shocked this place stays in business as a result of the rude employees. It is apparent to me zero training in customer service, phone etiquite or kindness was given to the instore employees.
