Big O Tires

I went for oil change and new battery. It took three times to ask to see a quote with only those two items. They pushed for more service that I do not need. They also charged me $105 for labor fees to change the battery, "due to having to dig deep into the engine to reach the battery". When I got home and opened the hood of my car the battery was right there on top. It all felt uneasy to me. I go to the orange location because of Josh the manager, that has now moved to the Huntington Beach location, which I will now be going too, or finding a new place to service my car.

Expensive I asked them to not align the car yet still slinger two and was charged for it 20 under the original price.

Went in for 4 tires saturday 8-27-16.. They told me they had to get them from long beach. I said ok and they told me they would call me around 2 the same day to bring back my car.. I never recieved a call and still havent. So i missed out on the promo and have to go somewhere else.. Moral of the story is i probably wont be going back

I appreciated the quick and friendly service they provided. But most importantly, they were honest with their prices...no hidden charges. My husband will be going in to get his tires replaced as well! Honesty and friendliness was key!

ok I purchased tires here and the warranty but ended up being bogus because I was still charged to put on the new tires after my flat

Junior provided me the best experience ever at a tire store.

The store manager Junior benitez is being an asshole and refused to repair the tire that had a nail in it even those I bought tires from them

requested for healthy car service store manager said unable to perform service because my tire is bald waited for 2 1/2 hrs just for oil change i told the manager i should have done it in the quick oil change instead of coming here and his reply is yes you should have done that . Went back to americas tires were i purchase my tire and my tire is still good.

GIVE ME A CALL. I HAVE TRIED FOR YEARS TO HELP BIG O AND HAVE REC POOR RESPONSE. BIG O HAS SOME VERY POOR AREAS OF PERFORMANCE. IT IS NOT THE TEAM I TRUST. WITH PROOF. THE WORD RECOMMEND IS NOT RIGHT. I JUST CALLED THE NUMBER INCLUDED IN THIS AND NO ONE KNOWS MEGAN P AND THE NUMBER IS FOR THE TIRE SHOP ON KATELLA. THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. IF I DO START LEAVING REVIEWS IT WILL BE VERY BAD.

I emailed and set up an appointment to take my car in when I got back into town for two new tires. I was sent a quote and it didn't cost a penny more I brought the wheels in and was there for 30 mins. Went back home put them on. I brought the car back the next day as requested to have alignment checked. Thank you Eric

I am very unhappy with the service this location is giving me. I have been a customer at this location for five or more years but I decided to look for another location that gives me better services. Since the latest management changed I have not been happy or comfortable with the service. I am willing to loose the warranty on my tires and take my business some where else because it always seems that they are trying to make money when things don't need to be changed.

Josh is awesome and the quality of work and time it takes to have done is great!

I am a cardiac heart failure patient. I recently had two heart surgeries and am recuperating. I was trying to get my car ready to go to Stanford Hospital to be evaluated for cardiac stem cell therapy. I needed to rotate the right rear to the right front tire location for the trip. I was refused service. The old standard was to put the best tire to the front on a front wheel drive car. The new standard is to put the best tire to the rear for hydroplaning. We haven't had serious rain in a very long time and I don't anticipate rain for the next 4-6 months. I need the good tire on the front. Not only did they refuse to apply common sense and do what was appropriate, they printed out something that they wanted me to sign condoning their poor judgment. Went back for a tire rotation, balance and wheel alignment check... staff were friendly, honest, did work needed, and gave me a good deal. Waited for my car and I was in and out with zero issues!

Your front end service writer is giving your shop a bad name. Hes full of it and thinks hes getting away with it. The only thing he is accomplishing is more customers for other shops. I really do hope your district manager reads these kinds of emails. One of your recent managers gave me a free oil change worth almost $100 to give this team a second opportunity, ask why it has not been redeemed yet.

I moved to Orange County four years ago and was recommended this location from a previous Big O. From the first time I walked into the shop to every single time I go, I'm always treated with respect and honesty. As a woman, some places try and take advantage but not these guys. They're always honest, friendly, helpful and also do a great job on my car. Fernando is the best manager around and all the guys that work there are so good! The only complaint I have is my second to last visit recently. There was a new manager named Alan and he wasn't friendly and didn't make eye contact. If it wasn't for Fernando, I'd go to a different location. Thanks so much guys!! (*Side note. Josh was a manager at this location and is now in Huntington Beach, not cool! He should have stayed at the Orange location.)
