Big O Tires

I was quoted approximately $470 for four new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. About an hour after I dropped of my car, I was told that price they quoted me was for the wrong size tire and that the actual price would be $630. They said that was the cheapest price I would be able to find anywhere. I told them, no, that was too expensive and to just go ahead and do the oil change, and that I would go somewhere else for the tires. When I was ready to walk out, he said, actually, maybe we do have some cheaper ones, and he called another center to have them delivered. I ended up paying the original quoted price of $470, but I lost trust in what he was saying when he was magically able to find my tires only when I was ready to leave. If they had honored the original quoted price to begin with, I would have been happy. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to Big O Tires again.

junior is a thief. all he peoples money. and also he many stuff that i dont really need on my car. how dare they hire him as a manager he is a thief.he recommend low control arm on my car but the bushing is not really broken. my friends told me he saw him with the hummer and the screw driver hitting the bushing on the lower control arm. what kind a shit is this.so this is what they on customers car.that is not good. and my friend told me this is not the first time.also he recommended all the fluid flush on 40k mile.what the fuck.i will not send any of my family on this place.Fernando is the only good person work on the front desk....thief thief thief...please selling shit on 30k 40k 50k....what a thief as mother fuker...i hope somebody do that to your wife and your family...

I was dissatisfied because the last two times they let my battery run down and both of my last visits, there was greasy finger prints on the door handle, hood and fenders. And not a little bit either.

The guys have always helped me understand all issues with my cars. Again this time they explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure all my questions were thoroughly answered so that I was in an informed and comfortable position to make the best decision for me and my car. I've been bringing my truck to Big O Tires on Katella Ave in Orange, CA for many, many years and they've never let me down. All the guys are polite and treat me with respect. Whatever problem I've had with my truck, it always gets fixed. Unfortunately, I am moving to Oregon and won't be able to use the Katella Big O Tires for my truck's needs. Thank you to all of the crew there!

I bought a tire from here about a month ago and not long after the tire was already in need of a replacement. Also, the person that helped me told me that they only accepted cash, when I later found out I could use card, and told me that I had purchased the tire at a different location, even though my receipt said that I had bought it here. So, I had to pay another $90 to replace the tire when I was probably sold a damaged tire to begin with. Overall, I would not go back to this store.

I look my 2011 Honda Accord For Oil Change,The next day I found Big Oil Leak from the Car.I took the Car to the Dealer ship they told me Big o Tires forced an oversized nut in to the engine that's why It started an oil leak.Now Big O Tires asking me $675.00 to fix it

I made an appointment for my daughter for an oil change and told Junior that I wanted a regular oil change, not the synthetic oil. He quoted $36. My daughter goes in and he tells her that I had told him I wanted the synthetic oil change, which was a lie and an obvious attempt to take advantage of my daughter with an up-sale attempt. Very shady!

This was my first time at the Katella store in Orange and I was very pleased with the service. The manager, Junior Benitez was professional and very helpful. I will probably use them again. Well done.

Whenever I need tires or brakes I go to.Big O Tires. They are honest, competitive and have great service people.
