Brought my flat tire in for a replacement. The trustworthy staff didn't try to up sell me on a tire or other services, they got me a direct replacement. Within 30 minutes, I was back on the road.

Gabriel the store manager is awesome. he really knows his stuff and is very kind and friendly.

Josh rocks! Gave me a solid quote., didn't have tires in stock so got them from another store! Had car ready right on time!! Great service!

Fernando is the #1 reason I come back. He told me 2 years ago when I bought tires that I really should have rear suspension done. I needed a new starter this time around and he strongly urged I have it done. I was resistant due to finances...long story short I did have it done & it's made a huge difference in my daily commute. He represents your company very well.

I feel Fernando is very honest and kind and would not take advantage of me being a female. He has never tried to get me to get a service that was not required. He is definitely an asset to Big O Tires.
