My truck was very well cared for by Junior and staff at the Big-O-Tire in Orange, CA!! This most recent visit was the second time that I have had work performed by Big O and both times I have been impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy of Big-O personnel!!! I'll be back when I have my next tire related issue.

I have been going to the store for years. The gentlemen who run this business from the front counter to the garage have had experience and know how to do the repairs that need to be done. They say if I have any questions to their service they want me to bring my vehicle back to them to reassess. They are concerned for the safety of the vehicle and keep me informed at what needs to be maintained on it. Thank you, Junior, Fernando, Junko and the rest of the crew who care about the vehicles they work on and especially the people who drive them.

I had a problem with a big o tire center in Tustin CA on 1st St. They were not accommodating to fix the issue they caused, lied in process. I called orange store. They were professional. It took one min look under the car, hood found what had happened after taking my car back four times to Tustin big o. As of yesterday my car is running driving like it should. Definitely will go back at that orange store. Will refer ppl.
