The guys at check-in were great, time from drop-off to pick-up was just under 2 hours so I was able to do some local shopping and grab lunch and the car was done just in time.

I had come in for an alignment and oil change. I had gotten new tires put on a week prior at a different Big O Tires. I thought I needed an alignment because my steering wheel would shake at 40mph+. After the alignment was done in the quoted time of 45min, I asked if the wobble would be fixed by the alignment. He stated that the wobble is not due to a bad alignment, that is due to an improper balance on the wheels. He took my car back in and they fixed the balancing issue on the wheel, and said the other shop did not properly balance the tire the week prior. He also offered some additional services that I did decline, but he was knowledgeable in what would happen if I waited or did not take action. Overall, I had a great experience and will continue to go to the Orange Big O Tires for all of my tire and vehicle needs. They always exceed my expectations and their customer service at this location is always awesome.

They matched a price to have 2 tires and an alignment done on my daughters car. I trust them and will always use Big O!

I feel like my truck is going to receive proper service here. The technician who provided the alignment, after my new tires were installed, was obviously experienced and he enjoyed what he did!
