The associates were very helpful and nice, they didnt try to upsell me extras to make more money, when I first called to see if they had the tires i was seeking the gentleman onthe phone was very nice and told me to bring my car right in and when i did they took care of me and i only had to wait an hour and a half which i didnt mind.

I hit a very big pothole and it split my wheel and flatten the tire. My tire and wheel were a 19 inch. The wheel was custom made and, on the car, when I bought it. I was unable to replace it. Fernando was very helpful and patience while I looked for new wheels. I finally found what I liked and 4 wheels. It only took a day to get my car back, after I received the wheels an took them to Big O Tire. I was very pleased with the service and how nice they were to me.

I went in for a specific car problem. After listening to me they communicated the cost and time frame. We drove home. They called with additional issues that they noticed and what it would cost to repair. I had them do the work and picked up the car at the end of the day. I noticed the difference in how much smoother the car was on the way home. Net, I am a highly satisfied customer.

I emailed and set up an appointment to take my car in when I got back into town for two new tires. I was sent a quote and it didn't cost a penny more I brought the wheels in and was there for 30 mins. Went back home put them on. I brought the car back the next day as requested to have alignment checked. Thank you Eric
