They gave me an accurate quote and time estimate. I actually wanted to bring it in on a different day but they told me they couldn't meet my time frame. I appreciated that.

Angel spent the time to explain the pro-rating process on tire wear, will see how that works out, he discussed vehicle concerns, made recommendations for upcoming discussions with dealer, checked on specials/stock and gave me a price he honored later. Friendly and knowledgeable.

My son's 2003 Mustang Mach 1 had to have a lot done to it. Adam at the Big O in Lake Forest was great and so is everyone that worked on his car. My son Kyle is in the Air Force. The car drives like new. They did a awesome job.
