I called several times for opinions on replacement tires before picking a set. Both Adam and Matt were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Adam was also very helpful in accommodating my last minute request to get new tires ordered and installed the next day before it rained again. Matt's customer service skills are also extraordinary. I felt appreciated and valued as a customer.

I have had three different vehciles serviced here and I have never felt like services were being recommended yo me that I didn't need.

Sean at the Lake Forest Big-O tyre store is the ONLY mechanic I trust. He fixed my old PT cruiser many times and it got me back and forth to Arizona three times last month, before the transmission began giving me problems. Before it "died" the guys in Arizona (also Big-O tyres - sorry) were suggesting I fix some leaks and replace some hoses etc... $2500 was their estimate. Nothing about transmission. When I talked to Sean, he drove it and gave me the truth. "It leaks, yes, but the real problem is the $1000+ transmission job you will have to do". He does you guys good. He is a gentleman and a GREAT mechanic. - David A.

The account is under Carlton but it was Regina Key that received the service and as a women taking care of car issues don't always go well but this was a great experience and I feel that I was respected and taken well care of

The manager, Adam Skaare, is very personable and professional. He told me how much time would be involved and he was absolutely correct. When I had the van at the dealership, I was told that my brakes would need to be replaced soon. Adam and his very competent technicians examined the brakes very carefully, in fact three different people looked at them, and determined that my brakes were still good and could have another 8,000 - 10,000 miles left on them. I really appreciate their honesty and knowledge. When it is time to get my brakes replaced, I will most certainly be coming to Big O and Adam for that service.

I will recommend the Lake forest location only . The Aliso Viejo location I will never return to .
