They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The price for my repairs was very reasonable. And the time it took for the repairs was great. He took the time to explain why the repairs were needed and what they entailed.

The new manager, Steve, is very professional and courteous. The mechanic, Shawn, is always friendly, glad to see ya, and just a top notch guy who knows his stuff. I came in and dropped off a flat tire and within a couple of hours they called to say it was fixed. While I waited in the lobby for Shawn to put on my repaired tire I was reminded about something I'd love to share: I think the four chairs in the lobby have been there since they opened the Lake Forest store. The seat padding is shot and the chairs are uncomfortable after about 20 minutes (for me anyway). Wouldn't it be nice if they were replaced? Lobby Seats at most car shops are always overlooked. Big O should set a new standard! Just my humble opinion. Thank you.

Easy to make the appointment, was able to check in quickly, the waiting room had the TV on and there was cold water. There was wifi access, and my car was ready within an hour, as was promised when I checked in.

I never have any concerns whenever I bring my car in. Adam always provides top notch service. Between his great customer service to the quality of work on my car, I always leave a very satisfied customer.

Friendly service fixed nail in tire free

Steve was very professional and friendly, very easy to work with. I told him that I didn't want to spend a lot of money on my tires, I have 63,000 miles on my 2004 truck. I only replaced my tires due to a long road trip I was going on and the old tires have been on my truck for 10 years. The tires had plenty of tread but at 10 years old the sidewalls were starting to crack. No need for a blow out on my trip. Thanks again Steve, you will see me and my other 2 cars when needed.

I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Lake Forest Big O a few years back. They have always provided sound advice and impeccable service. I am very much a "fish out of water" when it comes to auto repair. Casey, the former manager and Adam, the current manager have always been extremely helpful and maybe most importantly, never condescending. Pricing is fair an extremely competitive. I've recently moved and now live an additional 15 miles from Big O and don't think twice about making the trip. Thank you Lake Forest Big O Tire!

Consistent work.

I made an appointment the day prior to my service. I took a car to the Lake Forest store and was greeted by the manager Adam Skaare. The tires I wanted were out of stock so Adam made me a deal on similar tires. I also got an alignment. Despite being very busy on a Sunday, Adam was very pleasant to everyone. I was very impressed with him. He is valuable employee.

At the Service Desk, Lalo was very friendly and professional. He looked at us and used our names when speaking to us. Victor was also very friendly when we called.
