This was just a maintenance visit for an oil change but the service was courteous, timely and thorough. I stopped the next since I had forgotten to ask that my windshield sprayer be looked at and Matt came out immediately and fixed the problem in spite of it being a busy Saturday am.

Victor manages the Lake Forest location. He was courteous, professional and efficient with my repairs. Gave an honest and fair deal. It was an extremely smooth and easy process.

I've been coming to Big-O tires for service on my vehicles for at least 16 years, including new cars and my vintage vehicles. The primary reason is mechanic Shawn Bonecutter who is an expert on vehicles new and old. He's highly skilled, honest and honorable and as a result of the excellent service he's provided over the years I have sent neighbors, an employer, and friends to Big-O whenever they ask for a recommendation on service or tires. The gentleman who was working the front desk this last visit did an excellent job of providing information on questions I had regarding some extra work, communicated my information accurately to the employees and the pricing was right where he said it would be. Another reason I've recommended this Big-O tires is having sat in the waiting room numerous times over the years and heard the sales staff give people honest, accurate feedback about their vehicle's condition, without pushy upselling. Having spent time in various auto dealerships both being pressured for things I know I don't need, or hearing trusting, less knowledgeable customers get taken, I appreciate the integrity I've witnessed from Big-O employees.

The manager, Victor, really did a fantastic job communicating throughout the entire process. I felt like he really cared about making sure I was happy with everything.

They were able to get the tire i wanted, I was able to compare prices for different brands, the price was fair, and was able to get in on the same day for the new tires.
