I love how MR Garcia explained everything to me. I really appreciate the time he took to educate me on the product and services that he offered. I spent almost 3,000$ and I feel really good about it!.

I don't like going to repair shops because of the sales talk or the auto death threats I get on my car but Big O Tires at here at Lake Forest was none of that. This review was actually long due so I apologize for forgetting the names of the folks who assisted me there, but all of them, especially the manager, were very pleasant and you can tell they have integrity in what they say and do. They give / offer you only what you need and/or what you want. Ladies, if you are seeing this, this is the place to go for repairs (if your guys are not helping). Thank you, Big O Tire Lake Forest Drive!

I have been using big o for my last two tire purchases and oil changes etc. Both the Chino Hills and Lake Forest stores are very courteous and helpful.

This was my second visit to your store. The first visit was awesome and so was the second. Tires are expensive. I wish they weren’t but that’s not your fault. I believe the store owner/managers name is Victor. He made me feel welcome and safe leaving my car with him. I will definitely recommend BigO to my friends.

Great guys - honest - reliable - and fair

This branch has experienced some tough times with a management and service team that was not customer centric or worth my time to visit for service and I quit going there. I had been going there for many years and have - in the past referred a lot of people who became customers.But the personnel the last two years has been a turn off. This was a good experience for a change - I am not saying my faith is restored to 100% as it has been in the past but they seem headed in the right direction. It was apparent the customer was a priority, they took the time to review the car for NEEDED repairs and the prices were back in line with where they should be. Thanks and good luck - keep it going in this direction.
