Big O Tires

Adam is THE reason we go here! My last experience was a unique one. I went in for an oil change, upon completion In a timely manner I was promptly checked out. A few minutes down the road I realized they forgot to reset my oil change indicator and randomly the volume on my radio no longer was working. This is where Adam stands apart from anyone... while the oil change shouldn't have affected my radio volume. He quickly tried to figure out what the problem was, he and one of his great mechanics (I wish I caught his name) worked together to figure out the problem. I must say there was one nay-sayer in the background.. but isn't always in life?! However, Adam And his great mechanic solved the mystery and sent me on my way, in the nick of time to pick up my kids; Who Adam always inquired about. He provides a personalized service!!!

The service writer (Justin?) did me a huge favor by taking my vehicle in to inspect a tire with just an hour left in their work day. The service provided was friendly, timely, and well done. Great service was provided

Was looking for a rest of replacement tires for our 2997 RAV4 that we don't drive much. Steven was very helpful and explained that the Big O brand tire is made by Cooper Tires and since that is the brand we requested we were very happy to purchase these at a reasonable price. The installation took a little over an hour and we are very happy with the new tires.

Well it started off where I came right at 8 am without an appointment to which I was told that it would take 2 hours. However, it ended up taking about 3 hours and the associate kindly apologized and gave me a discount. He was really nice and made me rethink what I thought of the location. In the past, I would walk home and wait 4+ hours for an oil change and they would not tell me that it was done and instead I would have to show up at some point to find my car in a different parking lot. None of that happened this time and I will definitely return.

I have been having my HONDA ACCORD serviced at the Lake Forest Store for 5 years, Adam has always done excellent work and completed repairs on time. My recent purchase was for a set of 4 Sumitomo tires. I had great mileage from the first set, and returned for another 50K miles with confidence!!
