Big O Tires

I made a call to the shop a week ahead of time to make sure I could get in and out quickly. Matt assured me that they had the tire I needed to stay within my budget - and told what time I could come in to get the quickest service. I left with a better product than I originally expected and at a better price than the last place that I bought tires from. Great quality and great service.

This is the only place that I will let work on my car

Was told by another tire service company that they probably couldn't repair my practically new tire, which had a screw in it. Decided to get a 2nd opinion from Big O , and they said it wasn't a problem and was able to repair it. Saving me $200 plus on getting another new tire

Customer service person gave me a quote on the phone, and was honest about the store being busy, and how long process might take. I brought in a 15 dollar off service coupon I had printed out from your site, he checked it and confirmed it applied to this service, and the quote (and final price) reflected the original quote and discount exactly. In addition, the service was finished a couple of hours early. Another reason I was satisfied was, while waiting, overhearing another sales associate's call to a customer, whose vehicle was in the shop, regarding another service which was warranted by the miles since the prior (not an insignificant amount) and the associate was not pushy in his manner about it as some shops can be, just informative. The customer decided to get the additional service. The only thing that didn't work out was clearing the "oil change needed" warning from the car, on my prior visit that had been overlooked, so I asked the sales associate if he could do it this time. He gave it the college try, and it appeared when he finished it was done, but it's still showing up. No big deal, I'll try and sort it out myself.

They provided me a free tire repair a couple of years ago when I had not bought the tires there. I knew my next tires would be purchased there. Was able to get special ordered tires the next day and the install of 4 tires was completed exactly on time.

Adam gave me excellent service. He made me feel like he appreciated my business and I could not have asked for more. Highly recommend this place!

The staff is cordial. They are familiar with my car which helps at check in. I've been going to BigO for a few years. Kendall does a good job of managing and Welcoming customers. The team that actually does the work give smiles, too.

I took my car in due to an object in my tire which I didn't want to remove for fear it would cause a flat tire. The service tech immediately came out to my car and pulled the item out but went the extra mile an noticed a different tire seemed low to his observation. He proceeded to check the tire pressure on all my tires and found the problem one to be 20 psi low. As a result the tire was removed and checked to find out it had a puncture which was causing the low air. They then fixed the tire for no charge. Who does that?! I have been to this store a number of times in the past and will continue to go when I have tire issues or need replacements. The team there is always friendly, honest and do a great job! It's so refreshing to have a place you can trust and can recommend to others and feel like they will do the same for any customer. Keep up the great work!

Adam and Matt or meant of their word. They've been handling my accounts for the past year and a half and I am pleased with the services that they offer.

I have found that the customer service has improved greatly in the last couple of weeks and when I get something quoted, they started including the tax. This is a big help since I like to get me jobs quoted by other service areas that I trust. I like that this is the out the door cost of doing business with bio o Tires.
