Matt, the manager, was extremely helpful both on the phone when I first called and then when I came in for the purchase of four new tires.

Kendall, Eli and David provided courteous and professional service for us. We have actually been customers of Big O for many years.

Replaced 4 struts on time, $700 less than what the authorized dealer quoted!!

Staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. I don't know cars very well and they went out of their way to explain some of the issues my car was having in a way that I could understand. It's out of the way for me, but I'll definitely be back!

When tires were bought, I was offered warranty which I was reluctant initially but I was convinced it is a good idea. When I had a flat tire and worn out, I was able to get a full tire replacement thanks to warranty.
