They were great, would have liked to be offered a free alignment, but didn't happen, however, they were great.

I had a damaged tire on my car. After changing it to the spare one in the morning, I didn't know if I would be able to fix it after work. Big O Tires in Lake Forest solved my problem. I was served professionally without any waiting time and in a nice atmosphere. It wasn't a big surprise because I have been their customer for years and have never been disappointed by them.

I was driving home from work and just happened to call to see if I could get an appointment for Saturday to get my tires replaced. They stated they had time and was done within an hour!

Isaac explained everything that needed to be done. He communicated all of the findings and worked with me to on getting everything scheduled. He honored the online coupon I was able to find and was able to complete the work on schedule. He also provided me with information on previous work through carfax that I can use should I decide to reach out to a previous service provider to address issues that were uncovered.
