Adam and Kendall did a great job communicating the issues and I felt like they charged a fair price for a starter and battery. Even after the work was done and before I left the store, I noticed a headlight was out and they replaced the bulb for me in just a few minutes.

Great service

Needed 2 new tires, was able to get 4 for a reasonable about more than 2, due to the buy 2 get 2 sale. Kendall Doyle took the time to prepare 2 complete estimates, for 2 and 4 tires, when I told him I'd get back to him by the next day there was no high pressure sales pitch, which I appreciated and it's one of the reasons I've continued to come back to this Big-O for around 16 years or so, and why I recommend it to friends and neighbors. I had the tires installed the next day, and they accommodated my request to have the 4-wheel alignment done on the following Tuesday by Shawn Bonecutter, who is a superb mechanic and has worked on all of my many vehicles over the years, and the vehicles of my wife and son. He had noted prior to me buying the tires that the probable reason the fronts wore out too quickly on the edges was due to improper toe-in done by the local Chrysler dealership, who had aligned it not once, but twice when the previous tires were bought. I received a comprehensive report on the alignment and sure enough the toe-in amounts were off, in one case by a significant amount. The car rides perfectly now and I trust I won't have the same issues. I have referred anyone having mechanical issues or needing work done to Shawn over the years and have received many thanks as a result. These consistently positive experiences are why I continue to refer anyone asking to Big-O.
