Kendall was professional and helpful, making the experience of getting 2 new tires as quick and painless as possible. Price was not as low as online options, but given circumstances and Kendall's service, I didn't feel too bad about paying a little more.

Adam, Sean and the whole team work hard to provide a great service to us. We have had our work vehicles and personal vehicles serviced at the Lake Forest for several years now. The only thing I would suggest is a "express" oil change service. This would be nice.

I took advantage of the BOGO on tires for my car. I had an appointment on a Saturday morning that I found out late Friday that I was going to be unable to keep. I still needed the tires and the Service Manager fit me in Friday afternoon where I just dropped the car and it was ready in the morning when I was ready to leave.

They did a great job and helped me in a timely manner.

Steve Naber puts customer service 1st. I replaced all 4 tires a few weeks ago and unfortunately had a screw puncture the tire with less than 1,000 miles on the tire. He offered me the opportunity to add the tire protection nearly a month after the original install. He then repaired the tire at no charge even though I didn't purchase the protection.
