Came in with a coupon for a synthetic oil change at 65,000 miles. Was greeted by Matt, who has excellent customer service skills. He confirmed with me that I'd already completed my 60,000 service (which I had). I requested that my air filters be checked and he said they would do that. He was extremely polite and pleasant. My car was turned around in a very reasonable time for a Saturday. When I went to pay, the person who checked me out (didn't catch his name) was also very polite and nice. I inquired about whether my coupon had been applied, since the price was higher than I was expecting. I explained that my oil change usually comes out to $70 without a coupon at the place I usually go, and this price was $75 even with my $20 coupon. He gave me an additional discount so I would leave happy. I really appreciated that. Service-wise, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. My only hesitation would be the price, as I usually get the oil change for $70 without a coupon, and this place required a coupon and an additional discount to get me to the same price. Regardless, the service was so good, I would still go here again if I had a coupon.

We've been BigOTires customers for years for tires and service. We keep coming back for the excellent service and expertise. They take care of us at BigOTires.

The service management is still keenly focused on customer satisfaction. I had one of my vehicles in to replace the water pump, hoses, and belts. The price was fair (always compare to what you can get the parts for online), and the service was highly competitive. This is the first time I used Big O for anything other than tires, and their work matches what they've done for me before. They go out of their way to meet and exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.

I have been coming here for about 12 years through 3 different vehicles and I have never felt I was being pressured to buy something.

Got me in and out in a reasonable time on a busy Sat. Adam was great in explaining some possible repairs I may need down line.

While I had an oil change and my alignment checked two weeks ago, the main purpose of this review relates to a small oil leak that I found after the oil change. I took my car back and they quickly got it inside to check why the oil was leaking. It appears the threads on the oil pan bolt were aged and the bolt was sealing tightly. They were able to tap the bolt and the problem was resolved. Great and quick fix to my problem.

I have been using Big O for 20 years.!st reason was a store in Alameda (NorCAl) helped me when I didn't have any money, he gave me a tire to keep me going. I went back from then on. #2 It seems all people in Big O are the same mentality=helping the customer. I have had the same attitude all over the state when I used to drive a lot. Oh and lastly they do good work and it's guaranteed!!!!

Steve made above and beyond effort to make sure I had the right shock absorbers for my Jeep for the best price possible.
